Strategic Litigation
Through selected cases, we aim to challenge unjust practices and push for systemic change, using the law to defend citizens’ rights and to create legal precedent that protects and empowers individuals.
We advocate for core rights—such as life, liberty, equality and dignity—and strive to create a more equitable society where all individuals are treated fairly.
Whether it is challenging unlawful detention for individuals, petitioning for a right to housing and services for communities, or fighting discrimination against either—we try to make the voices of our clients heard and their rights upheld through our litigation efforts.
Advisory
We provide advice and guidance to individuals, organizations, and policymakers on matters related to the protection of fundamental rights under Pakistan’s Constitution. We work closely with clients and stakeholders to develop effective solutions that uphold these rights.
Beyond advice, we focus on empowering communities. Through training, capacity-building, and outreach, we equip individuals and grassroots organizations with the knowledge and tools to advocate for their rights and drive change at the local level.
Research
Focusing on advancing the Fundamental Rights guaranteed by Pakistan’s Constitution, especially those related to life and dignity under Articles 9 and 14, our research addresses issues like health, education, food security, and environmental sustainability, aiming to support informed decision-making and effective policy.
We tailor our research to meet specific client needs. By engaging with stakeholders and experts, we ensure our work reflects diverse perspectives. We also assess the impact of our findings, continuously refining our approach to better promote rights and improve outcomes for all.
